Yes. AVEX provides event production throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding Southern California destinations. Production outside the region may also be available upon request.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for large-scale events, complex installations, or high-demand dates. Early planning provides more time for site visits, creative development, equipment selection, venue coordination, and technical preparation. However, we do not require a specific booking window and are happy to accommodate shorter timelines whenever availability and event requirements allow.

Services can include professional audio, microphones, presentation playback, LED displays, confidence monitors, stage lighting, and on-site technical operation.
