Yes. AVEX provides event production throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding Southern California destinations. Production outside the region may also be available upon request.

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate directly with planners, DMCs, agencies, venues, hotels, and other event partners. Our team can coordinate production details, logistics, schedules, and venue requirements on your behalf.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for large-scale events, complex installations, or high-demand dates. Early planning provides more time for site visits, creative development, equipment selection, venue coordination, and technical preparation. However, we do not require a specific booking window and are happy to accommodate shorter timelines whenever availability and event requirements allow.

Yes. AVEX supports corporate presentations, keynote speakers, panel discussions, conferences, general sessions, award programs, and receptions. Services can include professional audio, microphones, presentation playback, LED displays, confidence monitors, stage lighting, and on-site technical operation.

Absolutely. A site visit allows our team to evaluate the space, access, power, equipment placement, sightlines, installation requirements, and venue policies before developing a production plan. Depending on the event, we can coordinate the visit directly with you, your planner, or the venue.
